At Sonderegger & Co. AG, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your initial shipment to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
